As penance for mistakenly having libutil.so.3.3 around when I compiled
the last NetBSD/hp300-1.2.1 distribution set, I've built a completely
new 1.2.1 distribution.  Utmost care was used in making sure that my
system had been properly downgraded to 1.2.1 before I embarked on this
many-day journey.

Hopefully the floggings will stop soon.  (ow!)
