Description of files found in .../NetBSD-1.3/alpha/binary/sets:

This directory contains the gzip compressed tar files of the binary
distribution. The contents of these files are described fully in the
INSTALL document.

Note that the binary distribution of security related software is
contained elsewhere in a parallel directory on those distribution
sites that have it. If you are in a place where you can legally get it
(i.e. the United States), you should get and install the security
software, too. See INSTALL and the numerous README.export-control
files for details.
