About the floppies directory...

There are some slight changes here wrt. the INSTALL doc:
  1) The miniroot image is also supplied a whole. You can use it to make
     a 1.4Mb miniroot floppy (see also the -H option of rawwrite.ttp).
  2) The hades boot floppy is only supplied as a 1.4Mb image.
  3) Unfortunately, the BOOT kernel for the Falcon and TT030, did no longer
     fit on a 720Kb floppy. I had to rip-out all inet support. This is not
     (yet) reflected in the BOOT config and also not in the BOOT-kernel in
     the 'kernels' directory.
