Unfortunately, the 1.4.1 kernel does not fit on an 720KB floppy anymore. Therefore, the bootfloppy contains an netbsd.gz file, that is a compressed BOOT kernel. Fortunately, the loadbsd.ttp on the floppy _does_ understand this gzipped image ;-) Just give 'netbsd.gz' as a kernel name and it should boot just fine - it takes a little longer though... The Hades image is an 1.44MB image. Leo.
